Driving Medicals
We can carry out any of the DVLA medicals that you may require to obtain a special license for driving such as; Heavy goods Vehicle (HGV) and Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licenses. Please contact the surgery to book in for your medical and see the scale of charges for the current price.
Please bring the relevant medical form, photo ID and list of medication with you to your appointment. We do not have any blank DVLA forms at the surgery.
